产品概述:
微晶旁流水处理器是碧瑞达水处理公司专利产品(专利号:201420126342.3),是公司在借签国内外旁流水处理器的基础上研制及开发的专利产品之ー。产品采用愛加脉中的低压电场原理,根据水质自动调整处理信号,并仅需采用旁流式处理。微晶旁流水处理器主要适用于中史空调冷却(媒)水系統、部分工业冷却循环水系統、制冷循环水系统、各类热交换系统等水系统。
工作原理:
水经过旁流水处理器后,水分子聚合度降低,结构发生变形,产生一系列物理化学性质的微小弹性变化,如木偶极矩増大、极性增加,因而増加了水的水合能力和溶垢能力;水中所含盐美离子如Ca2+、Mg2+受到电场引力作用,排列发生变化,难于趋向器壁积聚;特定的能场改变CaC03结晶过程,抑制方解石产生,提供产生文石结晶的能量;在电场作用下,处理器产生大量的微晶,微晶可将水中易成垢高子优先去除,形成疏松的文石,经辅机分离排出系统,从而达到防垢的目的;水经处理后产生活性氧。对于已经结垢的系统,活性氧破坏垢分子间的电子结合力,改变晶体结构,使坚硬老垢变为疏松软垢,这样积垢逐渐剥落,乃至成为碎片、碎屑脱落,达到除垢的目的。

Product overview:
Microcrystalline by-pass water processor is a patented product (Patent No.: 201420126342.3) of Breda water treatment Co., Ltd., which is a patented product developed and developed by the company on the basis of borrowing domestic and foreign by-pass water processor. Working principle:
After the water passes through the bypass water treatment plant, the degree of polymerization of water molecules decreases, and the structure deforms, resulting in a series of small elastic changes in physical and chemical properties, such as the increase of puppet polar moment and polarity, thus increasing the water's hydration ability and scale dissolving ability; the salt ions in the water, such as Ca2 +, Mg2 +, are affected by the electric field gravity, and the arrangement changes, which is difficult to accumulate on the wall; the specific energy field changes caco3 During the crystallization process, calcite is restrained and energy for aragonite crystallization is provided; under the action of electric field, a large number of microcrystals are produced by the processor, which can remove the high particles that are easy to form scale in the water in priority and form loose aragonite, which is separated and discharged from the system by the auxiliary machine, so as to achieve the purpose of scale prevention; after the water is treated, living oxygen is produced.
