Feature Description

Condensing Non-pressure indirect heat hot water boiler has the same lower part as regular boiler. It is composed of the combustion chamber and heat transfer tubes. The upper part is equipped with a heat exchanger. There is also an expansion tank at the top.Generally the boiler works under normal pressure, so it is absolutely safe.Condenser is added at the end of smoke tube to improve themal efficiency. The thermal media inside the boiler will not be in and out when boiler is working,and it only transfer the heat with heat exchanger. Heat exchanger is manufactured according to heat exchanger manufacturing standard, tube pass and shell pass will make hydrostatic test separately.

Bearing pressure condenser design, condenser can directly participate in bearing pressure hot water system cycle so as to largely reduce exhaust gas temperature and increase thermal efficiency.

An expansion water tank is equipped at the top. Water level can be controlled automatically. It works without pressure, so it is safe and reliable, Tedious report-and-endorse procedures are simplified.

Adopt Star Group self-developed low Nox burner and it can realize extra low Nox emission within 30mg/Nm3

Boiler water is only used as heat carrier. When it is heated, the oxygen will be decomposed and discharged out, so oxygen corrosion will not happen. When hot water add in, a few calcium and magnesium ions will be heated and be intenerated.Boiler water won't decrease or increase when boiler is working, so there is no slag inside. All these will extend boiler lifespan. Star boiler's lifespan is about 2 times longer than regular boilers to be 20 years.
