BRD精密过滤器

■产品概述
BRD-JM系列精密过滤器(又称作保安过滤器),筒体外壳一般采用不锈钢材质制造,内部采用PP熔喷、线烧、折叠、钛滤芯、活性炭滤芯等管状滤芯作为过滤元件,根据不同的过滤介质及设计工艺选择不同的过滤元件,以达到出水水质的要求。机体也可选用快装式,以方便快捷的更换滤芯及清洗。该设备广泛应用于制药、化工、食品、饮料、酒、啤酒、矿泉水、酿造、石油、印染等行业,是各类液体过滤、澄清、提纯处理的理想设备。

■ Product Overview
Brd-jm series precision filter (also known as security filter) is generally made of stainless steel shell, and PP melt blown, line burned, folded, titanium filter element, activated carbon filter element and other tubular filter elements are used as filter elements inside. Different filter elements are selected according to different filter media and design process to meet the requirements of effluent water quality. The machine body can also choose the quick installation type to facilitate the quick replacement of filter elements and cleaning. The equipment is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, beverage, wine, beer, mineral water, brewing, petroleum, printing and dyeing industries, and is an ideal equipment for all kinds of liquid filtration, clarification, purification and treatment.

■工作原理
保安过滤器是以滤芯作为过滤介质、利用加压作用使液固分离的种过滤机。使用滤芯进行液固分离的方法属于微孔过滤技术,主要适用于固体颗粒0.5-100μm的物料或颗粒虽大于0.5μm但颗粒非刚性易变形、颗粒之间或颗粒与过滤介质之间黏度大的难滤物料。将待过滤液体由过滤器进口压入,经滤芯自外向里透过滤层而被过滤成澄清液体,然后经出口排出。杂质被截留在滤芯的深层及表面,从而达到液体被过滤的目的,但滤芯使用时间也不宜过长,因为滤芯易滋生细菌。

■ working principle
The safety filter is a kind of filter which uses the filter element as the filtering medium and uses the pressure function to separate the liquid and solid. The method of liquid-solid separation with filter element belongs to microporous filtration technology, which is mainly applicable to materials with solid particles of 0.5-100 μ m or materials with particles larger than 0.5 μ m but not rigid and easy to deform, or materials with high viscosity between particles or between particles and filtration medium. The liquid to be filtered is pressed in from the inlet of the filter, filtered into the clarified liquid through the filter layer from the outside to the inside through the filter element, and then discharged through the outlet. Impurities are trapped in the deep layer and surface of the filter element, so as to achieve the purpose of liquid filtration. However, the service time of the filter element should not be too long, because the filter element is easy to grow bacteria.
